We were both typing away, two different countries, within the same 60 second period.
Ahh, the wonder of the internet, how did I ever live without it?

Go to www. klenger.net They have all the Reese PNs and instructions to fabricate a plug in "T" to put a 7 pin in your bed. I made one for my truck and it worked out great.

Boy you got that right. This summer I had all kinds of electrical problems on my Ford after a local shop spliced a 7 pin trailer connection in the bed to the one in thebumper. It ended up blowing out two fuses but caused all kinds of problems on our trip until I was able to trace it to splices that had only been done with electrical tape and some had come loose and were grounding/sparking on the frame.

I'm getting one of those plug in harnesses mentioned in this thread on my new 07 3500 Laramie that I get Wednesday.

There is another way to do this. If you don't use the four way connector that is wired in from the factory which is located right by the rv plug. All I did was cut the four pin connector off and used those four wires directly into the plug for the inside of the bed. The only wires that need to be spliced are the two wires for the trailer brakes (three if you want reverse lights) don't currently have any pics but I can take some if anyone would like to see how I did mine.

There is yet another way to do this.

I took one of my sons old T-shirts, rolled it up, wrapped it around my cable then zip tied the ends (to keep it on).

This way it doesn't mark up my tailgate. I'm too cheap for a 5th wheel tail gate OR this harness.

Just make sure you actually talk to them. Rumour has it that the connection plugs are different for the '07 trucks - someone mentioned in in this thread even.

i just got my box from the ups dude , and the quality is great!1 they use heavy guage wiring for all connections ( i think 12 or 14 not sure) and the plug connecters look rugged possibly better quality than the OEM stuff.comes with great instuctions, zip ties, and sheet metal screws the only thing it you need for the install is time and a hole saw bit. P.J. festus and 5vrbob ^5 to u guy's for the link i can haldly wait for it to warm up so i can put this in!
and Larry give these guys anuther green box for this one!! thanks again !1 Chris. p.s. i am also amazed how fast it got here, and i sent them the link on this page with a "hint" for ad money.
