This is why forums die. Poor moderation

Same problem as others have posted. I submitted a legitimate thread and it said it had to be reviewed by moderators and here we are a couple days later and still nothing.

I tried contact us, and nothing, no response.

Too bad to see places of information like this go away but these actions promote formats like facebook and help them grow instead.

I thought you Dodge guys were better than everyone else. Here y'all are proving me wrong, you just think you are better than everyone else.

We are not better than anyone else. We are overwhelmed by the current state of affairs like everyone else these days including me. Spending way too much time trying to survive than relaxing and enjoying life. I do admit that some moderators are slacking on their duties, others have even left and were not replaced leaving parts to die a lonely death like the 1st gen FAQ.

That was just a joke and I am sorry if anyone didn't see it that way.

It sucks because forums like this are so much better for finding and keeping information rather than having what tire fits? asked over and over.

Hate to see them die, but I can't save them all by myself.

Not all forums are the same. I recommend trying ramchargercentral (yes, other dodge talk too) and cumminsforum to see if those work better for you.

I appreciate that.

I joined a couple months ago specifically for an update on this thread.
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...-322155/page2/

Trying to contact the OP and see how his chinese Gear worked and if he still has their contact info.

But I couldn't make a post, left him a visitor message that he has never seen or chosen to respond to, and I can't PM him. Not going to pad my post count and fill forums with BS and spam just to achieve my goal.

No place else on the internet is that information and that information is complete.

I have since found a used gear and no longer need the info. Maybe nobody cares about these forums anymore. Maybe Facebook is the only way to go. Don't see any real active truck or diesel forums anywhere anymore.
