This web site

I have been visiting this site for over a year now, and would like to compliment the moderators and the members on their willingness to help others. This is one of the best sites of its kind for both variety of topics and knowledge of its members. I look forward to paticipating in discussions with all of you. I bought my current truck in June of '99, and have had to learn the ropes of diesel ownership the hard way, until I began reading the posts on this site. All of you have been informative and helpful; now it is my turn to share experience with others.

Re:This web site

Thanks, Tony.
I'm only a newbie to the site, not to diesel operation. I started out years ago in the landscaping and paving profession operating diesel equipment. My current truck is the first diesel truck I have personally owned, but I did a lot of research before buying it. My older brother is a leasing manager for a truck leasing firm and gave me a lot of guidance in what to buy first (Cummins, of course!). I have learned a lot from this site, and appreciate all you guys for being here; hope I'm able to contribute to others.

Re:This web site

Glad to have ya GrandpasRam,
We the staff and the members thank you for the compliments. We have always said that the members with their questions, ideas, knowledge and input, are what makes the site what it is.
I guess that at one time or another,,,, everyone has had to learn the ropes on stuff the hard way and wished there had been some way to avoid it in the future. This site and the help from others has been a big help to me also, being I was new to the Diesel World. ;D
Again,,,,,, Welcome! & Enjoy! ;D ;D
