I am having problems accessing User Control Panel. I need to change my signature, but every time I try to access the UCP I get booted to a blank page.

The URL: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/usercp.php
briefly pops up and then I get redirected to:
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...ile.php?do=dst

Which is a blank page. What am I doing wrong? I am using Firefox 34.0. I have Flash disabled.

I don't know...I just went there with no issues...must be something local on your machine. Try clearing your cache and CLOSE your browser before logging back on.

 

OK, tried that. Didn't work. I also tried using Internet explorer. I've never logged into this site using IE, so I figured that if it was something saved for the site I would not see the problem. It happened again. I will poke around some more and see what is going on, or try my laptop.

 

Same thing is happening to me while using Google Chrome as a browser. When I initially go to DTR, I get redirected to this:

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...ile.php?do=dst

Is that what you're getting? If I click something else fast enough before the redirect, I can get into the forums, but I also can't get to User CP.

I'm not sure why the DST update isn't sticking for some of us, I'm experiencing the same issue. In the meantime while our tech team figure out why this is happening, you can access your profile by removing this part from the URL noted in this thread. '?do=dst' That will leave you with this address in your browser: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/profile.php and should allow you to edit your signature as required.

I would also suggest deleting all of your DTR related cookies, and clearing your browser's cache as that should resolve the issue fully.
