I didn't see anyone requesting this. It would be some great entertainment to spice up the site. Every other car site im on has this and is very popular.
Plus, it would keep them out of the other sections.

We have a photos section.
Its just under the header of the page and called:


This is the members photos where all members are allowed to upload (family safe) pictures and comments.
We do not have a section specifically set up for videos... yet. I believe this has to do with disk space.

i think a video tech section would be pretty cool. Like ed. videos on how to do frequently asked things. Like chaning injectors, rebuilding front ends, stereo swaps, etc etc. Just a thought, and i know how the mods dont want to clutter up the site. And i agree with them on that

 

Problem with videos is they tend to suck up tons of bandwidth for the site.

i know we have the members photo galleries but i think its a good idea to add a mulitmedia section to the forum. it would be one place to post all videos and misc pictures that are hosted elsewhere as long as people follow the rules of not posting vulgar/profane material or linking to sites that contain that type of content.

this would be nice rather than just cruising through the posts looking for videos, sometimes i get bored and just wanna watch diesel videos and stuff.

 

I wonder if anyone could ask the guys over at thedieselgarage.com how much bandwidth they use on videos?
