pics in the gallery?

pics in the gallery?
How do I get my pics in the gallery I have uploaded them twice and they seemed to go through. Why aren't they showing up? it has been over a week since I last tried. Are they too big? If so how do I reduce them?

If you're using Windows, use the "Paint" program in the "All Programs"-"Accessories" section. Open the pic, select "Image", then "Stretch/Skew". Most of the time if you enter 20 and 20 in the stretch %'s it will be within the 500X500 DTR limit. Then use "Attributes" to check the size.
