Yup, Phox/Jerry is the newest member of the DTR staff.
He's getting a "Baptism by Fire" as he's been placed as the Administrator/Moderator of the General- Other forum.

Mexstan, the smilies have to be put in when and where you want them, they default to after the last thing you typed.
There is always cut/paste to put it where you want if you forget.
