Question New Sub-Forum

I have a suggestion for a new forum category that can go down there with General Diesel and Other categories. A category titled

Garage & Workshop

For tips and ideas related to garages, setting up a workshop, tool tips, and other related topics. What do y'all think? I will post a poll for this. Moderators and admin guys and Jack, feel free to modify this post.

All requests for new forums must first be applied for by filling out the proper paper work.
You must first provide proof of membership by completing Form 34778-b revision 3. Then you will need to obtain Form 12587-a "Request for new forum" in triplicate.
We will need copies 1 and 3 of Form 34778-b revision 3 and copies 2 and 3 of Form 12587-a.
Once the paper work is received, it goes through a review panel to insure its accuracy and completeness.
Then it goes through the forms committee and if it passes vote there, it gets moved to the steering committee floor for review. If found appropriate, the request then gets passed to the the security committee where it then gets reviewed by both the lawyers and the janitor.
If all is in order, it will then be passed to the General Manager or owner for accreditation and from there it goes to the code committee for implementation.

Actually, all new ideas for forums are appreciated and considered.
They all get looked at by the Admins and it is ultimately up to Jack or Lary to determine if a new forum is going to be accepted.

Only 8 votes. Thought more people would respond to this. Admin guys, could you please move this thread to the Other category as a sticky to generate more responses. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I would think that this is covered under the "other" category as it is now.

this thread belongs in Suggestions and Comments, so I moved it back to where it's supposed to be.

I don't see this happening anytime soon as I don't want our site getting overcrowded with 40-50 forums like others do. It's too much of a pain to navigate. We might consider it in the future. I appreciate the suggestion.
