I Can't send a PM

I Can't send a PM
I can receive them. I can read them. I just can not send a reply to them.
Here's what I do:
I click the reply icon.
I type my message in.
I click the summit icon.
Then it takes me to my inbox.
It sends a PM to the person but it is blank.
I have checked my sent message folder and it says "0 messages sent"
Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Andy, I checked your registration and everything looks just fine. My guess is you are experiencing a browser issue, clear out your cache and close your browser before logging back on.
Also make sure your browsers internet options are set to always load the freshest (newest) page.
