HTML Code in our Signatures??
HTML Code in our Signatures??
Just a stupid question, but why can't we use HTML code in our signatures?
I just wipped up a cool one in MS FrontPage but I can't use it
.
Is it another space issue on the server?
Thanks,
Chris

No, not a space issue. Huge security issue. That will never happen. HTML being allowed in environments like this is super dangerous. Your sig is way too long in the first place. It's taking up half a page. Most users don't like long signatures.
Ok, no problem Jack. I'm fairly new to the whole code thing, just playing around I guess.
Thanks for yelling at me about my signature, too. Why don't you just kick me in the stomach
. Kidding!
Thanks Again,
Chris

On a serious note,
That's OK, it is kinda long
I've been meaning to thin it out or make the font smaller or something.
Thanks for pointing it out!
Another question though, are there any websites you know of, or a program I can use to format text for vB Code? Just to save me some time? I'm lazy!
I'm guessing the answer is NO, or someone would have already mentioned it and we would all have cool signatures that are taking up Waaay too much space on the server, and distracting us from the wealth of information here!
Hey, it just hit me, My username is signature600, and my signature is like 600 characters long!! it's my new trademark
Thanks Again Jack,
Chris
ON EDIT: Hey Jack, how does the sig look now, I've BOMBed it a little!!
