How To Start a Survey?

Is there a way to start a survey and have it updated automatically so that it is always current/up to date? Here's what I"m thinking. I'd like to know what fuel additive people use. For example Lucas or BG or whatever. I don't really care to get into the "why"--I just want to know which additive people use. Sorta like "voting" for your favorite additive. And, the survey needs to automatically update based on each vote (input). So, after let's say 10 people "vote" you'll be able see that break-out (ie. example: Lucas (3), STP (1), 2cycl oil (2), BG (4)....that's 10 people.
So, is there way to start a survey like this?

Go to the forum of your choice. For this poll, I chose the General Diesel Discussion forum...

After that, hit new thread. When the new screen comes up, plug in your title and discussion...

Then, scroll down and select the poll option, and how many options you want. I picked 400 to be a wise guy...

After that, plug in what type of poll options that you want, and hit submit.
