Getting the word out to possible advertisers
Lately,
I have been contacting many vendors whose links I have found from posts on this forum. The majority of these vendors are not advertisers here. When I contact the vendor with a question about their product, I tell them that I heard about them from this website. I am hoping that by telling them where I found out about them, they will check out the forum to see if it is somewhere they would like to advertise their stuff (thereby supporting this site). Maybe if more people let vendors know of this site, they might be inclined to advertise (=financial support) on this site.

Thanks for the post, Rob. We do appreciate the effort. We're also in plans to pursue more advertisers to keep the site running. As you know, it can be quite expensive to run a site like this, so any help in this area by letting potential advertisers know about us is a huge help. Thanks again.
