Fuel/Biodiesel forum should not be a sub-forum!

Hey guys - I would just like to suggest moving the fuels/biodiesel forum into the general section - it deserves its own section just as much as general diesel discussion etc... plus many people do not find it because it's hidden..

Thanks for your input. However, it will remain at its current location for the time being. I don't want too many forums cluttering up the front page and we're at the limit as far as I'm concerned. Given the amount of posts in the bio diesel forum, I would argue that people are finding it just fine.

Given the amount of posts/views in such a short time, might I suggest swapping it out for competition/pulls, which has less action in who knows how long, and maybe making that a sub forum of a different area... That said, you guys are always resistant to change...I mean we had to nag forever to get a biodiesel/fuels forum, and now that you guys finally caved look at all the activity it's seeing...

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm not here to put user against administrator. We make decisions on what we believe to be the best things for the site. At this time, the traditional forums will stay on the front page for now. Please understand that we do what we feel is best for the MAJORITY of our users, and THEY are resistant to change. I've had them tell me that over and over. It's not a bad thing, just reality. Change around here is carefully considered and acted upon when we feel it's needed.

Again, thanks for the feedback. I gave up trying to please all the people all the time because it is impossible, so I can just tell you that we're doing the best we can.

Jack

A George Foreman Grill Forum could show the advantages of having it in a truck for cooking on the fly.

We could compare the inferior Grills too.

It could be called the GFGF FORUM

I think it is fine the way it is. Someone would have top be blind not to see the Bio/Fuel sub-forum.

A Gorge Foreman grill forum sounds great!

All that can really be gained is freeing up the Other forum from the hundred or so "Diesel costs this much" threads. Bio talk seems to come and go, but the fluctuations and reigonal issue with price are weekly threads.
