E-Mail Notifications

Could someone check my settings out and see if I'm supposed to get e-mail
notification when a reply is made to a thread I'm subscribed to? I started a thread in the Fl chap some time ago and there were at least 5 replys. Never heard nothing. I checked my CP and it says I'm set up for Notifications.

Its been going on since the site refreshed itself.

Thanks

Dave

That's just in your account. I'll try to see if I can find it on the thread...

I can't see what threads you are subscribed to.

Do you know you have your PM's set to just receive them from Mod's and contacts?

Look on your subscribed threads, make sure you are subscribed to that thread.

I'll check the PM thing in a minute. I just got a reply to the Fl Chap Thread when I got yours. So that's a good start. I appriciate the help.

I just looked at the notifications. There was no check mark at the top to the subscribed threads. I checked it and they all lit up. So don't know when that happened.

Thanks again.

Can't seemed to find the PM setting you spoke about.

Ok... do you want to get PM's from everyone, or just admins? It's in one of the user CP settings.

MadHat;

I went back into my subcribed threads folder just a few minutes ago. There were no check marks beside any of the subscribed threads for notification. I just rechecked them again. I checked them all yesterday after you looked.

I also checked the options to be sure it still says instant notification, which is does.

Is that normal or do they default back to showing no check marks and still notify me?

3/6/11

Checked this morning, all check marks are gone again from the subscribed threads.

Thanks again

Dave
