Daylight Savings Time

I'm in -7:00 GMT timezone, and the DST hasn't kicked in. So I figured I'd go to -6:00 GMT timezone and it jumps ahead two hours. I didn't try any other timezones, but I thought I'd point this out. Is Mountain Time in the Twilight Zone?

Edit, just tried -8:00 GMT, and it didn't change from -7:00. I guess we got left behind.

One more edit, I noticed that other time zones I tried, they are off of the time zone ahead of them, ie. Central is GMT -5, Pacific is GMT -7, Alaska is GMT-10.
