can you post guns in the classifieds

Not really my site, but if it's in the proper catagory and the sale is done properly, IE. sales across state lines via legal FFL Dealer transfer, I don't see why not.

No Guns in the classifieds. Being a Licensed Gun Dealer as well as a Corporate Offficer in Diesel Truck Resource LLC, any firearms advertised on DTR (even classifieds) would by Federal Law fall under my license.

Not my rule, this is via ATF.
