annoying??why does it reset at 11pm Pacific time??why not at like 2 am Pacific time...when no one else is on?

 

because i have to do backups during that time, and that's when it does it. any later than that and eastern traffic picks back up. It's the slowest time for the server to do the work. sorry

 

I think it's kinda silly too.. It seems like that's the only time that the hat room is jumping and then everyone gets kicked. Oh well, at least we have a site to chat on. Thanks Jack!

I'm not sure you read my first response. That is the time that the server has the least amount of traffic. The chat room being a very very small portion of that. It's the slowest time of the day, which is important because backups take a lot of resources. So what seems silly to some, is logical to others.
