can not log in after changing ISP.

can not log in after changing ISP.
I have a problem, when I changed my ISP from Mindspring to Direcway I went and changed my e-mail address. Now whent I try to get the board to send my new password to my new e-mail, I never recieve it. I have now had to use my work e-mail to log in. I cant re-register because my e-mail is in the system. What now ???
