The guy with the most lug nuts wins...?

Drawing no conclusions about a different order of magnitude in terms of size difference (Ram-sized truck vs. a small car), check this out:

make me see that the old 'brick' built cars are not always safer than the little modern cars

It was a cool video. But I think I will stick with a Cummins Turbo Diesel powered Dodge Ram. Not to say I couldn't die in a crash with it, but I imagine it would fare pretty well against either of those two contenders.

I love how they talk about the 3,000 lb Volvo as being huge. My truck weighs more than twice that, I think I'll take my chances against a Renault.

my first car weighed almost as much as my truck , and it had bigger gas tank ! 1976 caddy coupe de ville, 501 cu inch motor, 35 gallon gas tank, and what a tank it was ! not sure I'd want to see what was left of anything after hittin it with that car or with the current truck.

GUILTY! I chose the Volvo! Now I am looking at the Suburban I am driving right now....But then, my mom survived a head-on with a drunk and all that happened to the Burb is it shifted the frame to the right a little.

DFO, naw, the insurance scrapped it 9 years ago. This one is what my parents bought from my pastor. Really nice except for the TBI, no AC do to a bad check valve to the rear AC, and 12-14 mpg taking it really light. Has full power and now needs a engine and rear end. The engine I just did a oil change on it less than 800 miles ago and it drank a qt. of oil!

If a 3000# Volvo is a Scandanavian Brute, what do you call a 9000# Texas CTD?

.... S.O.P.
