DTR #2 only Breakroom 070923-070929

Mornin, DTR. Another week to drive and enjoy a CTD.

First coffee of the week is on, along with the foo, tea, pink sprinkles, and some roadkill that I got on the way in.

Have a save week.

0530? That's late... Boys have already got up, ate, cleaned, and started the sunday schedule.

What's up, lizzard breath? Long time, no see!

You post at 3:40am???

That should be a crime to have to wake up that early.

No wonder DI's are mad all the time.

Yeah, and I had already showered, shaved, all that good stuff. Lights was at 0345. That's why they pay me the big bucks!!! (375 extra a month...) Small price to pay to be one of the worlds finest...

What's the deal, 04? No wife? Party at 04's house! Wait... he's too old to party. I'd probably just take a nap anyway...

Good morning folks,

Back home for a few days ... man, it sure feels good to sleep in my own bed !! Oldest son and his family are out for the weekend with a couple of his trade school buddies. Now I have full couches and an empty beer fridge .

The company put on a BBQ and free evening at the zoo after everyone else left. Sure different seeing the animals actually moving around and active. Especially the cheetas ... one of them was actually stalking my daughter from the security of his cage. Still sent a cold chill down my spine .

Hope y'all enjoy what's left of a good weekend and a productive week ahead.

Good Morning fellow DTRonians.
Breakfast of snausage gravy-n-biscuits.....all gone.
1/2 pot o coffee.....gone.
Heading out the door in a few minutes for.....shopping.

Wifey heading for Italy for a wedding on Tuesday, back the next week on Thursday.
I'm staying riiiight here.
If I can't drive there, I don't need to go.
I'll fly again when the security clowns start pulling the RIGHT people out of line for "additional attention"
(TSA will NOT be strip-searching me anytime soon)

Air horns FINALLY hooked back up on the Dually.
(the stock horns sound like they belong on a 65 VW Beetle)

Y'all stay safe,

I hear what you are saying about the bugs last night. I stripped the door protectors off the trucks yesterday and had to was it to get the dirt marks off. Man those bugs were eating me alive, I think they like the soap that i was using. Wehn you gonna be ready to debadge that monster? I have the wheel right here wainting for another victim !!!

Hat,

I'm right there with on the 0330. I used to work for the milk company and we had to be there at 0400 to leave by 0430. Man did that really suck !!! Everyboday has to have their milk though.

Mornin all

Thanks for the Hat. Cool day only 10*C as a high. Fall chores are coming along nicely. Had a bad wind the other day blew some trees down so have to clean those up. Wish I owned one of those Industrial chippers that take whole trees. Sure would take care of all the dead fall and make clean up a little easier.

Heard an Elk bugle on Friday night. Was nice to hear but then you know for sure it's fall and winter is on it's way.

One more cup and I'll have to get at it. See you for lunch if the boss lets me stop.

Have fun and drive safe.
