xzillaraider
xzillaraider
Is anyone running the xzillaraider module on their trucks and how is it? Can u stack it with the edge ez? I have stacked the power max 3 before with the ez and was just wondering if u could do this also. Thanks for the info in advance.

i have one and yes it is stacked with my edge ez. it runs awesome, but i must admit i do not hardly turn it on because of my stock tranny. it is well priced. much cheaper than a comp. i have never ridin in a truck with any type of fueling box but my own. i like my ez and xzillaraider stack. it is supposed to be similar to a regular tst pm3 but the xzillariader will fuel to and past 3200 rpms if you valve train will support it. i have locked out o/d in my auto and it will pull hard and smooth to redline. it comes with a 4 position **** to adjust the power on it. 1 being stock, 2 40hp, 3 70hp, 4 120hp. quad is trying to make the baddest box for the 24 valve. he has some trick stuff coming out. he also has an upgrade for the xzillaraider when he tweaks it to his liking. from the talk of it it is supposed to be an upgrade to something like the tst pm3 comp. around the area of 180hp. this is speculation but from what he told me, i would not be surprised to see it happen.
Sorry, I need to visit the 2nd gen guys more often!
The Xzillaraider stacks great with the EZ, VA or any other similar type "timing" module. They run really well together.
The "Race" module is coming and will be here very shortly but, it will only be stackable with maybe the Smarty or some other type downloader.

qzilla What gaines are you seeing for the 01-02 HO trucks and what gaines will they see with a race box? I am looking to upgrade and was going to do a smarty TST PM3 comp combo until I seen the PM3 comp would only give a small increase in power 80hp on 9(forgot torque).
On the dyno a stock HO truck typically sees in the neighborhood of 90-95 hp gain. Now some trucks have made more but I wouldn't bet on it.
If you are really wanting some power I might recommend waiting a month or so and getting the Race version. It is quite a different animal and should be in the 120-130hp gain range even on an HO and in the 160-180hp range on the SO motors if not more.
It does fueling and timing with a lot of other stuff.
Now if you don't want to wait that is fine but I think all you will ever get is about 90hp with the things you can stack at this time. Don't get me wrong they run strong and pull really hard especially stacked. They are also priced very well as they are right now!
