Is this considered "tapped" or is this the standard hook up? or is tapped the only way for this box? it looks like it goes into the wire harness of the truck, and it also has a connection that goes to the front of the truck..

 

This is an edge ez box which is 65hp. It dosen't tap the injection pump wire and connects to the map sensor and the harness at the front of the motor on the drives side.

 

That looks like an edge ez to me. If you pull the allen head bolts on the cover you should be able to see switches and LED's inside of it. I don't remember which setting is which but it should have 3 settings iirc.

i opened the cover, it looks like this is the only thing i can mess with... the "chip" looks like it's glued in place, no LED or switches that i can see....

there is a blue connector type thing that i can move around (see pic) it looks like it has 3 settings.. anymore info?? i searched but google brought up nothing

 

Yeah thats right....I was thinking of the juice that has the led's. To change the three settings you move the blue jumper. Don't remember which is what though. Try Edge's website.
