Before 7psi idle, 0psi WOT
After 8.5psi idle, 5psi WOT

I know they still arent the best numbers but it made a big difference

 

You might consider replacing the L.P. now that it's so convenient. I'm running 14-15psi idling,11-12 psi w.o.t. My pump is six years old. I'm using the Vulcan Bigline kit also.

 

Well my pump is the in-tank version so its not as convienent but its still a consideration.

 

Wow, I was getting worried until you mentioned you had the in-tank unit. Seems like a perfect candidate to add a pusher pump on the frame rail, which in your case would really be lift pump. BD's pusher kit might make a really nice compliment to your system to give you 20+ psi but won't turn on until the engine has oil pressure (running) so it won't give you hard starts.
