A buddy of mine has a 2000 3500. He has a van aaken chip off a 2001 truck that plugs into the injection pump. Will this work on the 2000 truck the boost pressure sensor plugs are different is there an adapter. I can't find the van aaken website.Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are adapters available to fit either design of the MAP connector. He will not need any adapter for VP-44, those are the same on all years. VA is out of business, so E-bay is probably his best bet for finding an adapter.

Is his MAP triangular? A friend of mine just bought a VA and had some pigtails left over after we installed it on his truck.
In any case give Rich Martin at Glacier Diesel Power a call, he has some left over VA parts.
