seeing as only those clamps/hoses are blowing and your only making 11psi before the comp and injector swap...seems to me the first turbo is pushing lots of air and something is not letting the second turbo accept that incoming charge and there fore creating high pressure in that tube between the turbos...then resulting ina very low boost presure actually going thru the IC and into the manifold.

just a thought if you havent solved it already

I second that, weld a bead on there and that pipe won't just pop off again.

& the comment on the rag in the mix means just that, did you leave a shop rag in the inlet............ sometimes when assembling you put a rag over an end to keep stuff from fallin in and then ya forget it, assemble, and phooey, no flow.

Stock 275's have 7 holes. Obviously your's have been modified, or my guess is they are not 275's at all.

I thought it was a little odd that you did 500HP with 275's, a Comp, and a set of BD twins.

I intended to refer to a situation like in this thread:
https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...g&pagenumber=2

I thought it's possible since you use the same clamps between the turbos as after the secondary where the pressure is much higher and it still blew the boots off the relatively low pressure section. So it seems that there's a restriction that will impede flow to the intake even though there's lots of pressure between primary and secondary charger.

ok we just got off the phone with Blair from BD Power and he was cool as heck... we explained to him the problem before with the boots popping off and he wrote up a claim and is sending us 4 new boots and 8 new clamps and all we have to pay is the shipping which he is sending it 2nd day for only 12 bucks.......he explained that the boots material have changed recently and the newer ones grip to the pipes better.....
