Ohhhhhh, no I wouldn't. An S400 would be the best for the lower turbo. The 66 is pretty much a big single charger. You wouldn't be able to tow with a 66 but it would move a good amount area by itself.

My curiosity got the best of me and I looked up how cast iron and stainless steel compare for heat transfer. Cast iron will transfer heat more than twice as much as stainless if they are the same thickness. So if the stainless is thicker it will beat cast iron by a lot in retaining the heat.
The Coefficient of thermal conductivity of cast iron is 55 and stainless is 25.

Why cant I make a twins setup out of my 62/65/14 and my 66/71/13? Also would it help to get a 16cm housing?

The bottom charger has to feed the top, so you'll need more air coming from the bottom charger so the top charger has air to compress. At least that's my simple minded understanding.

Actually, BD towing twins ARE 2 S300.
One I think is a 57 with a 12 housing and the other is a 66 with something like a 17 or 18 housing.

Just did some research and the BD towing twins standard set is 57/65/mm 0.80AR over a 66/73mm 1.10AR, the compressor cover on the secondary is 0.50AR and the compressor cover on the primary is 0.53AR.
The bottom turbo is a 22cm and the top is a 14cm.

I thought .80 was considered a 14 cm^3?

The larger housing would help, but this is pretty far from ideal. Even with a bigger housing the ball park hp guestimate is twins make 85% the power of the big turbo used as a single, so you'd be losing power.

Yep your right, I mistyped that. It is a 14cm housing.

Pretty sure the little guy is a S257, not a 300 series turbo.
