I'm looking for a toolbox that will fit in a '03 SWB. I just purchased a Betterbuilt Quantum series deep cross over box and it didn't fit. The door would only open halfway and hit the back window. So I took it back. Daws Better Built web side is lacking in information on what will fit. So I would like to know what other '03 owners are using for toolboxes.<br><br>Thanks <br><br>MikeyB

 

Why can't you keep that one and just slide it towards the rear an inch or so??

 

Yup, slide it a lil, you can keep your mud boots between the window and box, it's what I do.

 

I did have it all the way until the bottom of the toolbox was touching the wheelwell, and the lid would still hit the rear window. The toolbox is a deep model. I know the shallow version would work but would rather have the extra storage space.<br><br>MikeyB

 

Hmmmm....in that case I don't know what else you can do without either making some modifications to it or buying another one. <br><br>I can't really tell you which one to look for...but if you find out let me know because I need to get one for my truck too.
