tires

leveling kit on the way ordered it yesterday and some mt classics 16x10 rims and i love mickey thompson mtz tires my buddy has had his on his 99 powerstroke forever and still have a lot of tread left but i was wondering if anyone knew the metric size of a 33x13.50 R 16 or a 33x12.50 R 16? the whole LT metric stuff confuses the S*** out of me. input would be great

I would think a 305/75r16 would be about want your looking for, and most all the mtz's are available in a 33x12.5r16.

This is just my opinion.. but those tire are just junk. Sorry.

I used to race off road, then run chase truck. They are just junk.

Toyo's are the way to go if you have to pay for the tires yourself.

Now the Goodyear Baja's at $400+ are better if you're racing. You do need to warm them up to get the lump out of them.

I'd go with Toyo's even if you have to order them. the 315's will hit a little at full clock with a leveling kit. 315= about 34.5"

Just go to tirerack.com and do a size search. Then check the "specs" section to see the actual diameter and other stats. Saves brainpower....

A 285/75/16 is close to a 33, a 315/75/16 is almost a 35.
