Timing Tool

Where can I find the tools to time my 95 12v without paying a lot?

I haven't done this but I have read posts on here that you can make a barring tool from a starter gear, and you can make the dial indicator adapter from an oil pan drain plug. The only thing I haven't seen an alternative for is the DV socket.

you can buy a kit from snap-on.the part number is SP500. that comes with the dial gauge and socket for DV's and a put removal tool. the only thing you will need is a baring tool. go to snap-on's websight to buy all of it. miller makes it to.
