I am running ddp 75 hp injectors with the same thickness washer that came on the stockers. At idle it runs rough, do I need to swap in the thinner washers?

 

only if you have a .020 over HG or something that would pull the injector out of the bowl.

 

Call DDP. I know with my F1 370's, I run .020" washers.

 

Well the problem did become uglier after the headgasket and headstud project, it might be worth my while to swap them in and see how it runs. Can anything go wrong from trying?

 

I run the thinnest washers on every injector. It gets the tip into the piston better and then you can fine tune your timing.
