any dyno info? not really, one guy made a hair over 500hp with one...thats been done on stock vp44's

any prices or were to get? alot of money and long waiting list to get one

do they work? one guy from Indiana or ohio named Darren is having great luck with pulling using this pump, but that doesn't mean its all power, there is alot involved in making a pulling truck setup

Well I watched a truck with a stage III pump pull at Platte City, MO friday night (I think he was from Indiana, I'll have to check the video). He pulled in the street diesel class and looked good. He was one of the group that had to pull in the pull off and then went 298' or 299'. The pull off was after the Open Class and the sled was left weighted the same for it (they added 4k pounds to the box for the open class, compared to the street diesel).

Heck, I pulled 292' in the Open Class and got out of it early to keep from breaking something at the big end as I had to drive it home that night! I drive mine every day and he said he can't really drive it on the street anymore.

Maybe he had other problems, but I would have expected a truck setup like that to have put quite a bit of distance on me in my daily driver.

I'm not following you 5.9 Excursion, are you saying that the stage III was awesome and performed well, or are you saying that it did not impress?

Well it looked good in the street diesel class as did alot of trucks. Lighter sled weight and the officials shut everyone down after they hit 300 feet for the pulloff (it was hard to tell the potential as they all shut down around the same point).

However, in the pulloff he only managed 7 more feet than my pull in the open class. Not very impressive in my book for a Monster stage III pump that isn't streetable. It was an auto and ran a redline box. I expected alot more distance for all the hype, however he could of had other issues???
