Hey all,

Im looking for some one in the Coquitlam B.C area who has one of those aftermarket steering stabilizers that just bolts on , has the bearing on it for the steering box .? Im hoping measure one and make it myself.

Steering solutions in Port Kells right near PDR, they sell it for $208, probably worth it. He also makes one nice steering box!

 

I made on myself, and the materials are not all that expensive. I used to pices 2.5" x 2.5" angle 6" long 1 piece 1.5" square tubing can't remember the length offhand 1 piece .25" x 6"x 8" (I think) and a 1" flange bearing. I made a new nut for the steering box at work. I got the hole pattern dimensions at work. I will try and take some measurments and get you the dimensions tomorrow. I will try and get some pics up later. I just bolted the angle iron under the sway bar and then measured for the tubing and tacked everything together on the truck and took it of to weld it up. IIRC only took me a couple hours to do everything except make the new nut.
