Stacks on a flatbed
Re:Stacks on a flatbed
You might look at buying some flex pipe. Its easy to work with. With the flat bed you will need to find a good way to secure the stacks. Dont weld anything to the bed thats tacky. Look to secure under the flat. Talk to Jeremy Burden out on 36 by Charlies Roller rink. I have a number if you want it.

Hired Gun

I will be pulling into Cynthiana after work around 3:00 and will have to see about my truck. My brother may go get it first thing in the morning so I don;t have to worry about it after work. I have already paid of it :'( so I really don;'t have to go down there.
I am back. This is more interesting tonight. Besides, I am tapping it. So lets see oh Ya
. STACKS. You deffinitly want to be creative. I looked for a year trying to find the right set up. I even mailed a trucking company. They sent facts and figures. Yes it was going to be a lot more work their way, and cost close to 1,000 dollars. I got discouraged. I new their had to be a way so I ran some ideas past a friend and next thing I new we were cutting and welding.

Hired Gun

talk to you later HG
Hey Darrell doesn't your buddy have a stack on his flatbed?
How did he secure it?
[/quote]
Are you talking about the one with the LED lights?
If so that is ET (Eric Theisen)
He's got some pics on the TDR some where I just gotta find them.
Ricky, I was thinkin and if you're gonna do 5" stacks you might as well go with 6" instead. I think it would look a little better and would add a sertain shock value to it.
;D (just a thought)
