stacked chips?

I have a superchips chip that is plugged in under the hood. its a 65hp chip that is basically what the Edge EZ is. A buddy of mine had the superships 80 hp programmer and let me have it. I stacked the two on top of each other running both at the same time. Is this a bad idea? I can tell a small difference, but not a super big gain.

you should have no problems since the programmer does not add any timing

i've often wondered the same thing if i can do it with my ez and sc tuner. i've pm'd some other members and they say they run it like that and love it. some others think it is a bad idea. i think it would be safe to do it on an so vs. an ho. my only problem is i have an ho.

I've got a TST PM3 Comp on my truck right now (no timing), and my buddy took an EZ off his '01 auto when he got his Edge Comp. Once he gets all his household goods delivered, he's mailing it to me so I can try it stacked with the TST, and if I like it, will sell it to me for $200
So, two questions...since we both have 01.5's it should work on my rig right? regardless of an auto (his) or 6sp (mine). And do you think I will notice a difference?
Oh, one more....how will I hook it up with all the wiring already hooked up for the TST?
THANKS !

It will wok great. There is no difference between Auto and Manual, all '01.5's are the same.

You will really like it, and you will reduce EGT's. Throttle response will be much better.
