anybody kno how to get some black smoke pourin out of a stock diesel exhaust?

 

Turn up the fuel!! Start with the star wheel and see how that suits ya, then go with a plate if ya want more. Build for power and the smoke will come if not properly supplied with air. Just my opinion.

 

I agree with *****, fuel is a byproduct of power, turn up the fuel, easy on a 12v, and the smoke will come. But keep it under control, most people are not impressed by it, it contributes to a bad name.

And get gauges first so you don't hurt something. Read on here a bit and you will figure out what is the right path for you and your truck.

Yeah, smoke, nice catch. I was thinking smoke=unburned fuel I bet...
