I cannot get my smarty updated from mads site. i have tried and tried. i guess you have to be rocket science to figure it out. Any explain how so i dont have to send it to Bob. Iw want the new program as mine has many flats spots when i give it throttle.

 

Have you downloaded the USB Downloader zip file to your computer and unzipped the packets??

 

you must download 7zip. it is available for free, do a google.
then you can unzip the programs to a directory, open the smarty usb program, click open and browse for the correct .smt file you want to send. the click send. and wait a 1/2 hour

 

You need the usb driver for the smarty, the downloader, and the software you want to install. Install the downloader. Plug the smarty in and use the driver from their page. Then you open the downloader and select the updated software, then just hit send.

 

I thought we finally had some new updates!!!
