Slow Off The Start
I Have A 1996 Dodge 2500 4x4 When I Floor It It Doesnt Want To Go Until I Hit About 2000rpm Iget About 35 Pounds Of Boost And After 60mph It Puts Me Back In The Seat.it Wont Even Blow Smoke When I Floor It Any Insight Helpful

The first thing I would try is adjusting the position of the AFC. I have been 'playing' with mine and with it all the way back it will do what you say yours is doing. Put it about 3/4 forward and then pull the cap out of the top and adjust the star wheel to your liking. If you got too far forward you can kill your mileage (that's why I have been playing with mine).

I would guess timing has slipped, but i have no experience with the auto trannies, you arent getting smoke and you are getting tossed into the seat, sounds to me like ur housing could be at stock position as well, plate change maybe?

The AFC plate is just above the fuel plate on top of the rear of the fuel pump. Since you said you get a lot of white smoke, that says your timing has slipped. Take a look here and you will have some good info: http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/FAQ/timing.htm
