Is a s400 the same as a b2

I'm making a twin kit for my truck and I was pricing different turbos. Some sites I went to said for a b2-s400 it costs $650. Others said for a b2 it was $800+. There's a huge price difference and was wondering if the b2 and s400 are the same?
