Rough Idle after Injector Install

I had a stock 2001 Dodge 24 valve Cummins that ran perfectly fine. I put in a set of Edge injectors and got everything tightened down and bled the lines. It started up and started smoking a little bit of white smoke. I took it to a local diesel shop and they said there was enough pressure getting to the injection pump. They told me the injection pump was bad so I bought one and replaced it and had everything correct and still had the edge injectors in but after I got the lines bled and it started it still had a very rough idle. I let it run for about 15 minutes and it still had a little smoke coming out of the exhaust and a rough idle. I tried replacing the injectors back to stock and it still had a very rough idle. Although the Cylinder #1 Injector was still clean and didn't look like it had fired. Any information. Would be appreciated. I would appreciate any suggestions

Crossover tubes leaking?

Just a guess, I'm not a 24V guy.

I know the Injector in cylinder one is missing. But it is also doing it with the stock injectors also. I clean the tips of all the injectors and put them in and fire the truck up and every time cylinder #1 doesn't fire.

I would remove the valve cover and take a look. Maybe you will see that it leaks diesel into the valve cover region.
Or maybe you knocked something at the valve train out of whack. (Like the bridge between the valves)
Another test should be to try to bleed #1 injector. Does it look like it's fueling the same as the others or not?

I tried to take Injector line #1 and #3 loose and it started to calm down a little. What would that mean?

That sounds odd- maybe you have some other injectors not firing- or if it kept calmer than before you may still have had air in the high pressure lines.
I would go over it again and try to bleed all the lines with the engine running- take care that you do not get sprayed with high pressure diesel, wear heavy leather gloves and safety glasses!
Anyways, you should remove the valve cover and take a look at your valve train, and if you see some parts where diesel has washed away the sooty oil- you do not want to see that, but you need to take a look, because diesel in the engine oil is a sure fire way to destroy an engine.
