I am thinking of getting this setup. On my '97, I always wanted to redo the straight 3" by dumping it out right behind the cab, but I never did. I think this is a fair deal on a 4".

Is anyone running one of Rip's exhaust systems?

My only concern is the shorty system might get on my nerves while cruising down the highway..........yeah right! I always wished my straight 3" was louder. maybe the shorty system will satisfy my needs.

 

This sounds interesting. How much does this kit cost??? Id love to have mine exit before the rear tires!!!

I had a custom 4" exhaust that dumped on the passenger side behind the cab. The sound was awesome but with my mods my rear wheel and tire was always covered with soot. At first I didn't mind but it really became a problem. You might consider this if you are going to do a lot of BOMBING!
