Question about Boost Regulator

Few questions about this Boost Regulator

How does it work, where does it go and how much more boost will I see?

Last is it worth it? I currently have Superchips programming, but still need to pull 10,000lbs safely without eating the trans.

no its not worth it!!! Just go too your local hardware store and pick up a 7/32 turnbuckle for 2 bucks....then install it on the wastegate (going under the truck makes this a 30 second job). It closes the wastegate totally, but you are not pushing enough fuel too hurt you.

Well, you have a superchips, which doesn't have boost fooler, last I checked. So the turn buckle or the j-hook is not going to buy you much. I ordered one this morning, and am buying either an edge ez or comp very shortly.

Bob I though about buying that one, but I like the adjustability factor with bully dog. To each his own.

But hey, several option to choose from. COOL!

OK, so what does this do ??

Does it basically lock the wastegate closed ??

And will it give me problems with a stock turbo, #11 (soon to be #10) plate, and 3gsk, plus 4" exh & BHAF ?

or would it just be easier to plug the line to the wastegate ?

I think I am losing too much boost to the wastegate for the fuel right now.
