I was wondering if a 1998.5 power puck will work on my 2002. I searched for a while and I couldent get a stright answer. I know the difference is the 7153 puck plugs only into the VP and the 7155 plugs into the map for the 02. The reason im asking is a friend of mine let me borrow his to try it out. Also I have a hypertech programmer on stage 3 right now, will it work in conjunction with the puck? Thanks

 

Only thing the puck will do over the hypertech is allow you to block off your wastegate for a few more lbs of boost w/o throwing codes. They do the same things otherwise.
