I'd like some opinions on the BD pressure loc. I have a 99 with 4" pipe, edge EZ and K&N. I pull an 8,000 lb racecar trailer. I don't have much money to spend on the truck as the race car sucks it up first.

Waste of money,it will give you trouble eventually,its working in a harsh environment,get a shift kit or valve body.If nothing else drop the pan,raise line press 2-3 turns.
Is the trans slipping now?

Trans works fine now. I was just trying to prevent problems. Thanks for your advise.

 

I went that route and it was like putting a bandaid on a wound. It didn't solve the problem. I finally bit the bullet and did a performance tranny build. Best mod on my truck.
