The CFO has requested the installation of steps on the truck to make her entry to and exit from the vehicle a little more graceful. I like the clean, stock look, but I will let her win this one. My solution is to install electric steps that retract when the door is closed and drop when the door is open. The Kodiak Sidewinders I have seen on the web don't look like they are completely hidden underneath the truck when they are retracted (which is what I would like for my steps to do). Mopar has some (expensive) in their dealer accessory catalog. I can't tell if they retract completely out of sight or not. Does anyone have any experience with these or other electrically retractable steps?<br>Thanks.

 

I've seen them at the dealership before, They dont retract out of site completely, but when at full retract, all you see is the bottom of the step almost flush with the pinch weld. Hope that helps.<br> Evil
