Get a head o-ringed so I can finally crank up the boost. And a cam would be nice. Other than that, I'd just want to make my truck look good like it once did. Get rid of the rust, get some fresh paint. Maybe some 22" alcoas, maybe.

Wish list includes....

Fully built DTT tranny
Head studs and O-rings
Mach 2 injectors
Ladder bars
Better turbo

Oops forgot some stuff
Exhauts brake
Camper tie downs and hopefully a camper to go with it
New back bumper
new paint job some day to rid my truck of rock chips

Am going to leave it as is untill I can afford to do the tranny. I plan to build my own ladder bars, I have quite a bit of new heavy gauge 2x2 aluminum square tubing (I think its almost 1/4 inch thick ) do you think that would be strong enough if I built them with like a web in them like trusses have? I will research more before I build them. Not sure what tubo I want yet but probably something I could use in a twins setup down the road. And who knows by the time I have the money for the O-rings and studs maybe the engine will need a full rebuild by then, with the miles its got allthough it runs like a top now.

I hear that.. Ontario roads are paved with salt 4 months out of the year.. im funding my own "war on rust" each year to keep the crap off my southern truck as long as possible...

Mach 4.5? Never heard of those.

Really the only things I'd like to get for the truck is some head studs and a nice set of Buckstop bumpers.

All the other stuff I wanted either are on the truck or waiting to get installed when I have time.

Wish list for the '01 is almost done, all that is left:
Twins need to be installed
Air ride suspension, and on-board air

It sure is nice to be almost done with this project.

Yeah, Don will make custom sets if needed. MikeD ran Mach 4.5's for awhile until he changed to 6's here recently. Alot of people felt the gap between the Mach 4's and the Mach 5's was to big so he made a 175hp set which is the Mach 4.5's.
