plate design

stock is first jpeg.
Maybe grind stock to red lines in the second jpeg.
My B1 cools better once it starts spinning.
Anyone grind a profile like this?

three zone plate

This one would start to defuel at a medium rate, then slow down defueling then quickly defuel as redline approaches.
Designed to add power for those that see egt's rise after 2400 rpm but then see egt's drop as turbo spools and vehicle speed increases with a standard #10 plate.
Is this workable?

med-slow defuel

Or how about one that starts with a medium defuel rate then slows the defueling rate?

hogged out #10

This could be made from a stock plate as well.

Deep Dish

What would happen to the gov. arm when it tries to enter the extra deep portion of the plate? Would just float over top like there was no plate there?

What would happen to the arm at the top if a 4k gsk was put in? Would it go over the top or would the 4000 rpm be spread evenly over the distance?

tst #5

Why would you want your plate to defuel as rpms come off idle?
This looks whats happening on the banks and tst #5 plate.

Unless the gov arm will be adusted to hit on the nose of the bottom hump at idle.
Anyone investigate this?
