Ok, fix me up please!

I have owned quite a few Dodge CTDs...(91,97,99,00 and an 01) I had to sell my last truck and trailer for personal reasons and I am now about to purchase an 02 3500 QC 4x4 HO 6speed. Since I have been out of the game I know several things have changed. I am looking to add some fire to this beasts belly and I would like to know the best route? I am not on an unlimited budget so we can't go completely crazy. I am looking for help on the intake, power enhancement (injectors or box) and exhaust. I am going to have a buddy install pyro, boost and trans temp gauge this weekend. All help is greatly appreciated!

A Mad ECM and a set of Mach 4's from Don M. made 400 hp w/o a box...and never went over 1200 degrees. Not bad for under $1,500.00.
Mach 4's are here... http://www.f1diesel.com/

Will need at least a 4" exhaust, too.

With it being an HO I would be careful of adding any box that increases timing. A set of mach 1.5s and a box that won't increase timing will be all your stock clutch will want. Unless your planning on upgrading the clutch also. ?????? Why a trans temp on a 6 speed? Should be boost, EGT, and fuel pressure.

Good point...I missed the HO! Probably don't want the Mach 4's. However, the Mad ECM has a non timing optional program.

what turbo was supplying all the air for that?

also, on my HO I already have some DD3's, i would gone with DonM's injectors but I got a steal of a deal on these DD3's and I am on a budget. Next step for me is a clutch and Mad ECM and then I need to find a turbo to supply some more air...Then after thats all said and done...I'll be adding a fueling box.

It was a Dodgzilla with a 14 cm housing. Basically an HX40/35 hybrid, I believe. It was Bob Wagner...see his web page above & call for better details.

Nice looking bumper GB!

Specify a Mach 1.6 fore towing and let whomever know you have an HO eninge. I am now making a specific HO injector for towing to control EGT in the HO engine.
