That nitrous is gonna need plenty of fuel, what's your lift pump fuel pressure?

The amount of power you gain is dependant upon how much you're overfueling your rig... It's the fuel your rig's unable to burn that the n2o feeds off of... In others words, if you lived in "Perfect Diesel Town" and you were able to burn 100 percent of your fuel in the combustion chamber, adding the nitrous would only net you slight gains due to reduced intake temps... The n2o would simply enter the cylinder, the oxygen molecule would detach from the 2 nitrogen molecules (which are discarded and sent out the exhaust anyway) during combustion and join it's unburned nitrogen brothers on it's way out of the exhaust in the same state it entered... Wasted. NOW, do that same thing to a truck that lays down some nice black smoke and it's party time... Or O-ring time. Go for it if you're running injectors or an aggresive fueling box. Other than overboosting, you don't have to worry about most of the possible pit falls related to gassers... The biggest of which is usually timing or running the motor too skinny.

Anyway, if your sig is still correct and your still just running the Supertuner, you'd get some gain, but nothing monumental... At most 40-50hp.

Oh and you can get the NOS brand dry kit for diesels from Summit for $499-$513 depending on bottle size... 10, 15, 20. Free shipping too.
