Nitrous

Hey all i have heard that you can hookk up N2O to our diesel trucks, does anyne know what is need to do this as I have a 95% complete setup from an old car setup, the only thing I dont have is the accel. pedal switch, which I can easily buy,

I am asking basically what is needed to make this safe for the engine, I dont plan on running it all the time just when I feel like clowning,

I have a set of twins I will eventually install but my tranny wont hold up to that so i would like to use this to get more power, I have an older superchip, thatr plugs in line with the engine harness, AFE filter air box replacement, 5 inch exhaust, turbo back.
bigger intake manifold.

what do you guys suggest

also on the subject of twins what things should i do for the twins in the future, (injectors, tranny upgrades, etc. a different chip? ) thanks

make sure your wastegate is functional. the nitrous without a wastegate could blow it up.

as far as I can tell it works, I will research how to test, to make sure,

Thanks for the answer but I top of all of that, I am looking for info. on the actual steps, like do I have to run diesel spray along with the nitrous like in a car, and things like timing and such, sorry if this question doesn't make any sense but I can hook up the setup right now but I dont want to hurt anything by doing something dumb.

Use boost pressure to start the spray and good place to start is around 20psi. The turbo wastegate is to limit/prevent damage to the turbo.

you run a dry nitrous system in diesels. cant really do a wet system unless you want 180* of timing. the great thing about diesels is you cant run them too lean (like a gas motor). the more air you have the more efficient and cooler burn you have.
