New pump is losing prime

Just installed a blue chip pump a couple months ago and have no problems unless I dial my chip up and get kinda nasty with it. Everything seems to be running fine and it's just dead. Now when I turn the chip up it gets up and goes but probably lvl 3 and up it almost feels like it has a "miss" to it. Get out and crack a couple injector lines and crank it over a few time and it lights right up. My low fuel pressure warning never goes off and i've never seen the pressure go below 7 psi. I have a high flow lift pump installed and oversized injectors as well but I never ever experienced this problem before I replaced the injection pump. I'm kinda at a loss unless I'm sucking air somewhere or there's something wrong internally with my new pump.
